The Institute for Health Computing's office space in Suite 200 offers a range of conference and meeting rooms designed to support meetings of different types and sizes. Rooms can be reserved in advance through an online form, which automatically adds your event to a shared calendar. For added convenience, same-day reservations—subject to availability—can also be made directly via the scheduling panel located outside each room.
By default, the large conference room is divided into Conference Room A and Conference Room B. If you intend to use the full space as one room, please ensure that you submit reservations for both sections. Otherwise, you may reserve just the side you need. All conference room reservations are reviewed by moderators, who will approve or deny requests based on availability and other factors.
