The Institute for Health Computing office space has a number of conference and meeting spaces within Suite 200 that can accommodate various meeting types and sizes. Conference and meeting rooms can be reserved through an online form submission which will add your event to a shared calendar. Also, same day reservations for these rooms, pending availability, can be made using the scheduling panel outside each room.
The conference room is divided by default into Conference Room A and B. If you plan on using both sides of the room undivided, please make sure to submit a reservation for both the rooms. If not, you can make a reservation for the room of your choice. Conference room spaces have moderators that will review the request to approve or deny.
