Conference Room A, located near the front entrance of Suite 200 in the IHC Office Space, is a spacious meeting room that can accommodate up to 30 people. The room is equipped with integrated audio and video capabilities, managed through a dedicated conference room PC, to support both local and remote meetings. Instructions on how to use these capabilities can be found here: How-To use Conference Room A. All reservation requests are reviewed by moderators, and confirmation of approval or denial will be sent via email. If you do not receive a response within a day, please check your spam folder.
