How-To use a Meeting Room
Please leave the room clean and organized and do not forget to log out of the Guest account if you are using the PC.
Room PC
Displaying the Room PC
Using the TV Remote, turn on the TV
The room PC should be at the Windows lock screen
If the HDMI cable/adapter on the desk is plugged into any device, unplug it and the display will show the PCÂ
Using the Room PC
Login using the local Guest account o No credentials needed
When you are done with the PC, please log out of the Guest account o All data and credentials will be wiped from the Guest account once you log out
Using the Video Bar with the Room PC
The Video Bar is routed to the PC by default and can be used with any Video Conferencing application (i.e. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex)
If the USB cable/adapter on the desk is plugged into any device, unplug it and the Video Bar will reconnect to the PC
 Laptop
Displaying a laptop
Using the TV Remote, turn on the TV
Connect the HDMI cable/adapter on the desk to your laptop and the display will switch automatically
Using the Video Bar with a laptop
Connect the USB cable/adapter on the desk to your laptop and the Video Bar will connect to your device
In your video conferencing application, you may need to select Polycom Studio as the audio (microphone & speakers) and video source.
You can adjust the audio levels using the remote on the table. Use the TV remote to control the TV speakers and the Polycom remote to control the Polycom Studio speakers.
