Meeting Room 5 is a larger, more intimate meeting space within the IHC office, offering a table and seating for up to 6-7 occupants. This room features a wall-mounted TV for content display and presentations, accessible via a dedicated in-room PC or personal devices such as laptops. HDMI and USB-C cables are conveniently installed on the table, providing a direct wired connection to the display. A wall-mounted Polycam system, located beneath the TV, offers high-quality audio and video capabilities for virtual meetings. The room is equipped with intelligent hardware that automatically switches between the in-room PC and personal devices for seamless audio/video access. Printed Meeting Room Instructional Guides are available in the space for easy reference.
Meeting Room 5 does not have a physical scheduling panel to reserve the space. To make a room reservation, please submit a reservation request using the form below.
